Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping across India and pass on the shipping costs to customers outside India. Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
In stock products will be shipped within 2 working days.We ship on all week days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
Once your bespoke designs have been submitted our master craftsmen will start the meticulous handcrafting process.We are happy to provide you with real-time updates on your bespoke orders, just get in touch. You will be contacted once your order is completed and ready to be sent to you.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care no +91-11-47082976 ( 11 AM - 7 PM ) or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org., mentioning your order & item reference number. We shall make our best efforts to solve your complaint.

We use premium courier partners such as Delhivery & FedEx for our domestic & international deliveries. We can usually deliver domestic orders in 7-10 business days and international orders in 12-14 business days. It may take up to 10-15 business days to deliver products to remote locations.Duties
Orders to countries outside the India may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a delivery duty unpaid basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. We do our best to ensure product availability for our customers. The foregoing notwithstanding, some of our products are produced in limited edition or capsule collections and accordingly, some products may become unavailable without prior notice. Shutiq does not guarantee the availability of any product or style to its customers.
