In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected for example Color, Design or Size of the product is not which you have ordered online at www.shutiq.com , then log a complaint (using email/website) to our customer care help desk within 24 hour of delivery. Follow the instructions given by our customer care executive to return the product.

You may exchange the merchandise in unused condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. Please email us at info@shutiq.com or call us at +91-11-47082976 ( 11 AM - 7 PM ).

On verification and approval of your complaint and product returned to our team, replacement will be sent within 15 days.

 

Any exchanges by courier, must be accompanied by the original sale invoice, which is shipped along with the products. We will not be able to accept returns which are not properly accompanied by the proper sales invoice or poorly packaged.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the merchandise is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged then refuse to take delivery of the package and call our Customer Care. We shall ensure that replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

We ensure that you are fully satisfied with any merchandise you order from www.shutiq.com, for hygiene and other reasons we shall be unable to accept returns or exchanges of used merchandise.

Customised shoes (bespoke/made-to-order) will be exchanged only if there will be any issue with original quality, color of material and any deviation with ordered styles and measurements. If tailored styles and measurements are same as ordered then exchange will not be entertained.

Modification of Terms and conditions of Exchanges and Returns policy:

www.shutiq.com may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Management decision of the www.shutiq.com would be the final decision Subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement; please remember to view it at www.shutiq.com. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
